This position manages accounting for complex construction projects from setup through closeout, reviews and mentors Project Accountants, resolves billing and job-cost issues, and ensures accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and contract compliance. Key responsibilities include overseeing owner billings, retainage, job costing, change orders, WIP schedules, forecasting, account reconciliations, project closeouts, and financial risk mitigation.
