Maintain comprehensive, current knowledge of entire finance and insurance portfolio available to customers, including lease specials, finance rates, service contracts, prepaid maintenance, GAP insurance, tire & wheel protection, key replacement, interior & exterior protection, anti-theft products, lease damage waivers, engine warranties, and bundled ancillary products. Verify accuracy of deal structures to ensure compliance with lender program guidelines, policies and procedures prior to contracting with customer and submitting to lender for approval; ensure deal paperwork is completed accurately and is compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
