Performs detailed cleaning in guest rooms and common areas including but not limited to carpet shampooing, floor steaming, flipping mattresses, HVAC vent/PTAC detailing light fixture cleaning, wall and baseboard scrubbing, minor drywall and furniture repairs and replacement of fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector batteries any other additional duties assigned by the Head Housekeeper/AGM/GM. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
