This role oversees service calls, coordinates with Construction Supervisor on projects, preventive maintenance, assists with diagnostics and repairs, and warranty work, and assists the Service Operations Manager in fulfilling departmental responsibilities as required. Coordinate the initial phase of department service calls and maintenance projects, including project review, pre-job site visits, scheduling, manpower and special tool requirements, gathering of plans and service documentation, establishment of material flow, and preparation of service technicians.
