Job Goal: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for educator development initiatives designed to strengthen teacher preparation, instructional practice, educator effectiveness, and talent retention across Region 4. Focused primarily on the Region 4 Inspire Texas Educator Preparation Program (EPP) and regional educator development priorities, this position leads the design, implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of high-quality, research-based professional learning, coaching, mentoring, and talent development programs. Experience collaborating with internal content experts, school system and campus leaders, teachers, external partners, and TEA representatives to translate research and policy into practical systems and professional learning that improve educator practice and student outcomes.
