Broad technical knowledge of enterprise networking, WAN and SD-WAN, cloud infrastructure, servers and storage, Microsoft 365, artificial intelligence, data governance, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and audiovisual technologies. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, this hands-on leader oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity execution, service delivery, technology projects, vendor partnerships, and the Information Technology budget while leading the IT team.
