Experience with implementing Executive Order 13526, DOE O 472.2 ADMIN CHG 1, Personnel Security; DOE O 471.5, Special Access Programs, and SAP specific Program Security guidance that explain the processes, metrics, and QA approach to ensure current clearances; timely reinvestigations; and information is accurately updated and maintained in the centralized SAP Personnel Access database system. + Managing a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) or other classified facility by overseeing daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with federal security regulations (like ICD 705), managing physical and technical security, handling access control, coordinating accreditation, developing SOPs, overseeing construction/renovations, and managing personnel security, training, and incident response to protect classified information.
