Serving as a strategic and technical partner within HRIS, this role works closely with HR Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions, strengthen controls, maintain high-quality employee data, and continuously improve the employee, candidate, and manager experience. Support Workday releases and Greenhouse product updates by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impact, and coordinating testing and deployment.
