Job Duties and Responsibilities: Promote an inclusive learning environment and actively work to improve student retention and graduation rates; Support academic advising efforts and student engagement with school-sponsored extracurricular activities such as clubs, hackathons, and internships; Monitor and evaluate student satisfaction with academic programs and implement strategies for continuous improvement; Assist in the development and execution of the department's strategic plan, aligning it with the broader vision of the university and college; Represent the department in university meetings, faculty councils, and other academic forums; Develop partnerships with local industries, government agencies, and other academic institutions to enhance research, internships, and employment opportunities for students. D. in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution; At least five years of academic experience, including teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities; Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders; A track record of research, teaching, and service that aligns with the mission and goals of the school and the university.
