What your day-to-day will look like: Execute preventative maintenance programs on commercial plumbing systems including domestic water supply, drainage systems, sanitary piping, storm water management, backflow prevention devices, water heaters, pumps, and associated equipment through inspection, testing, and replacing components to optimize system performance and prevent failures. Troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems including potable water lines, waste and vent systems, grease traps, sump pumps, water pressure regulators, thermostatic mixing valves, and fixture installations to maintain proper water distribution and drainage throughout the facility.
