Under general direction of the department Director, this role serves as both a people leader and senior technical contributor, providing direction, coaching, and performance management for the software development team while remaining actively involved in software architecture, application development, database administration, and technical problem solving. The Software Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of business-critical software applications, databases, system integrations, and manufacturing technologies that support Alluxa''s manufacturing and business operations.
