This is a hands-on role for a high-energy, driven, resourceful problem solver who enjoys being on the plant floor, working alongside team members, analyzing problems, and turning ideas into measurable results. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and other functions to identify opportunities, facilitate improvement activities, and help build a culture where everyone is empowered to make things better.
