What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
