As a HYVE HR Advisor focused on Benefits and Leave Administration, you'll manage day-to-day leave of absence (LOA) casework, benefits education, accommodations, payroll impacts, and Workday processes. You'll serve as a trusted connector among HYVE, Benefits, Payroll, HR, Absence Management, and Communications-ensuring coworkers get timely, accurate support and the business stays compliant with federal, state, and company policies.
