Must have 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, Engineer, System Administrator, or a related occupation in software development, including experience in/with: product engineering at the enterprise level using information technology infrastructure library ("ITIL") best practices; application lifecycle management ("ALM") and release management processes including software version control systems in centralized and distributed designs, continuous integration systems that test and package deployable code, continuous deployment systems that deploy and promote code to different environments on demand, configuration management that automatically sets environments to the desired state, and software and system monitoring/altering that provides fast feedback loops; designing and implementing process automation using scripting tools and languages, such as PowerShell; zero-downtime deployments and fast rollback strategies; server virtualization, cloud infrastructure, network protocols, network operating systems, load-balancing, and high-availability systems; and troubleshooting full stack implementations from client to backend systems using tools, such as Wireshark, SysInternals, APMs, Log Parsers, and Fiddler.
