The ability to utilize their design expertise to solve visual challenges and generate on-brand solutions is essential. The Senior Graphic Designer must be able to self-manage assigned projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will work independently and directly with internal stakeholders, providing brand guidance and direction. This role requires open, client-centric communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to seek opportunities to maximize the project's impact while meeting project objectives and deadlines. The Senior Graphic Designer must be innovative, solution-oriented, and capable of shifting between self-directed and collaborative teamwork. The Senior Graphic Designer is required to exhibit outstanding attention to detail and produce work that adheres to brand guidelines, all while effectively managing multiple priorities.
