Job Type Full-time Description The Conservatory for the Performing Arts at Stephens College is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to oversee daily office operations and provide high-level support to the Dean and the Directorof Recruitment and Retention. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact for students, faculty, and external partners, ensuring the administrative functions of the Conservatory run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Dean and Director of Recruitment, including managing routine correspondence, preparing programs, and drafting memorandums. </li><li>Office Operations: Coordinate daily office functions, manage departmental purchasing for classroom and office supplies, and oversee student work-study staff. </li><li>Event & Travel Coordination: Manage travel logistics for recruitment events and the Dean's office. Play a lead role in coordinating major events, including Preview Days and Accepted Student Days. </li><li>Facilities & IT Liaison: Initiate and track IT and Facilities work orders to ensure an optimal environment for students and staff. </li><li>Interdepartmental Support: Manage other specialized administrative projects and duties as assigned to support the Conservatory's mission. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role or a comparable professional environment. </li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva. </li><li>Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and group communication skills. </li><li>Professionalism: Proven ability to manage high-touch customer service interactions with a professional demeanor and detail-oriented approach. </li><li>Diversity & Inclusion: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse and inclusive environment. </li></ul>***A professional CV/resume, cover letter, and three references are required to be uploaded when applying for this position.*** Founded in 1833, Stephens College is the second-oldest women's college in the United States, dedicated to providing innovative, experiential, and career-focused education across various disciplines. Create visual content for fact/guide sheets, flyers, social media posts, websites, articles, newsletters, posters, booklets, signage, banners, etc.

PURPOSE:This position supports communication and marketing efforts using various design and publication platforms to educate, inform, and promote the work of Lincoln University College of Agriculture, Environmental, and Human Sciences. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track, full benefit-eligible position.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Create visual content for fact/guide sheets, flyers, social media posts, websites, articles, newsletters, posters, booklets, signage, banners, etc.</li><li>Understands and ensures all materials align with established brand guidelines.</li><li>Creates invitations, agendas, event programs, and other assets.</li><li>Supports special assigned projects and events as needed.</li><li>Provide event photography support.</li><li>Comply with all federal, state, and university reporting requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean.</li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:<ul><li>Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with platforms like Canva or Figma.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print production, digital media standards, and sizing.</li><li>Revisions & Quality Control: Review final layouts, incorporate feedback, and fix errors before publishing.</li><li>Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets within deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in photography, DSLR cameras, and editing software.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.
