Provides overall leadership and accountability for internal and external building maintenance and repair programs, including pest control, HVAC systems, lighting, doors and locks, roofing, cleaning, and janitorial services. Oversee all aspects of grounds management, including parking lot maintenance, access controls and fencing, landscaping, irrigation systems, fire hydrants, and utility usage tracking.
