In this role, you’ll design artwork that comes to life on apparel and hard goods, collaborate closely with sales and production, and ensure every design is print-ready, accurate, and on-brand. If you love seeing your designs on real-world products—from apparel and drinkware to trade show giveaways—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Create, revise, and finalize artwork for promotional products, including apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, awards, and custom items</li><li>Prepare print-ready files for multiple decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, pad print, laser engraving, etc.)</li><li>Interpret customer logos, branding guidelines, and design requests into clear production-ready layouts</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Vendors to ensure artwork accuracy and feasibility</li><li>Build and modify virtual proofs and mockups for client approval</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines</li><li>Maintain organized artwork files and production documentation</li><li>Troubleshoot artwork issues and provide creative solutions</li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>3+ years of professional graphic design experience (promotional products industry strongly preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); Photoshop and InDesign a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of vector artwork, color separations, Pantone colors, and print production standards</li><li>Experience designing for physical products and various imprint methods</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li></ul> Preferred / Bonus Skills <ul><li>Experience with screen printing, embroidery digitizing or knowledge of stitch limitations</li><li>Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or similar promo industry platforms</li><li>Experience creating sales presentations or product catalogs</li><li>Understanding of brand compliance and logo standards</li></ul>
