In addition to academic responsibilities, employees at AHS are expected to integrate faith-based principles and moral reasoning into classroom instruction where appropriate, serve as an example of Christian character and discipleship to students, support and uphold the spiritual mission of the school through daily interactions with students and colleagues, participate in school-wide devotionals, prayer, and other faith-centered activities, and respond thoughtfully to student questions related to faith, values, and moral decision-making in a manner consistent with the school's mission. Working closely with the Middle School Art Teacher and Fine Arts Department Chair, the Art Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment and ensuring students have the tools they need to learn and create effectively.
