Location: Saint Paul, MinnesotaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $32 - 37 per hourWe are seeking a talented Senior Production Artist on behalf of our client in the Financial Services industry. Candidates must be commutable to St. Paul, MN (55101). This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option for remote work on Monday and Friday. The Senior Production Artist is responsible for the production and archiving of digital creative assets, ensuring brand compliance and technical accuracy across all marketing materials. This role serves as a vital liaison between designers, project managers, and external vendors to facilitate the timely completion of complex projects. Responsibilities:Asset Production: Produce high-quality digital assets involving complex typography, illustrations, and photography across various formats using Adobe Creative Suite.Stakeholder Collaboration: Interpret client revisions and instructions to make precise corrections under strict deadlines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and budgets.Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of print and mail projects, providing expert consultation on materials, scheduling, costs, and shipping processes (offset, digital, and dimensional).Quality Assurance: Review proofs for technical accuracy, quality, and adherence to established brand standards and regulatory requirements.Digital Asset Management: Organize and prepare assets for upload to internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, ensuring proper naming conventions and metadata strategy.Accessibility Compliance: Perform specialized PDF and PowerPoint remediation to ensure all documents meet digital accessibility standards for assistive technologies. Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate significant experience within highly regulated industries, such as financial services, banking, or insurance.Experience: A minimum of 5-10+ years of professional experience in a production art or graphic design environment.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and Acrobat) and Microsoft 365 (specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).Accessibility Expertise: Proven experience with PDF and PowerPoint remediation. We're a grassroots art festival run by artist organizers that transforms the idyllic Swede Hollow Park into a full-blown arts &culture festival every first Saturday in June. As a true East Side St Paul festival, we care about our neighbors and represent our diverse neighborhood with art, music, food, culture, nature & history. We make things affordable and accessible to artists at all levels of experience and walks of life, providing a truly unique festival experience for anyone making the annual pilgrimage to Swede Hollow each year. Art In The Hollow depends on it's volunteers to make this event memorable and successful. All volunteers receive a t-shirt for as little as 2 hours of their time. Roles available include: Helping artists set-up and tear down their booths (social, requires lots of walking and moderate lifing) Welcome booth (very social) Water runner (social and lots of walking) Information booth (very social) Artist check-in assistant (first thing in the morning position and is very social) Drive one of our golf carts (a very important role, very social, safe driving a must) MUST BE 18+ for this role
