p>Reporting to the Assistant Provost of Teaching and Learning, the Dean for Arts and Humanities is responsible for providing administrative leadership and supervision for the academic disciplines of Art, Communications, English, Film Studies, History, Humanities, Languages, Mass Communications, Music, Peace Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Theatre. Serve as a member of the administrative team, participating in the Instructional Council, serving on college committees as requested, assuming responsibility for membership in a community service organization, and developing effective working relationships within the college to address issues that relate to both instruction and the overall mission of the college.
