Responsible for the following development methods: design research, ideation (brainstorming), concept/development design and refinement, Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)/Computer-Aided Industrial Design (CAID), layout/presentation render proposals, graphic treatments/applications, preparing design for manufacturing sheets (design sheets) which includes layout, detail callouts/drawings, and graphic treatment details/assets assembly; prototype sample analysis and revisions . The Industrial Designer II-ODM position, as part of the product development team, will lead and collaborate with various stakeholders within the department, sales, business development, and our R&D team overseas to develop manufacturable products for our ODM/NPD sectors through methods such as ideation, visualization, CADD/CAID modeling, concept render, graphic treatment, preparation of design for manufacturing sheet, and prototype analysis/revision.
