Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of interface failures, rejected transactions, file-transfer issues, connectivity problems, and critical production incidents with business, development, vendor, partner, and production-support teams. The Senior Interface Analyst will be called upon to act as an active member in all phases of the project including gap analysis, requirements gathering, design and development activities, documentation, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
