Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating and advising on complex transaction and project agreements, including, but not limited to Membership Interests Purchase Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Joint Development and Joint Venture Agreements, Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreements, Operation and Maintenance Agreements, Offtake Agreements, and Power Purchase Agreements is required. The General Counsel will oversee and mentor our Senior Counsel, collaborate with outside counsel, as needed, and independently manage our highest-complexity M&A transactions, project and corporate financing transactions, PPAs, offtake agreements, and related regulatory matters.
