Perform all facets of highway engineering including design of horizontal and vertical geometry, utility relocations, development of maintenance and protection of traffic schemes, preparation of right of way and coordination of drainage design, traffic signals and electrical/lighting systems for a variety of project types and clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing interdisciplinary projects, preparation of contract documents, managing sub consultants, monitoring budgets, schedules, administering quality control program, and performing reviews of work.
