Experience troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues and coordinating resolution with internal teams and external vendors, Experience working with IT, hardware department, and engineering organizations to coordinate infrastructure and equipment support, Experience with equipment installation, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, equipment moves, and laboratory infrastructure changes, Strong ability to work independently, prioritize multiple support requests, and manage tasks in a dynamic R&D environment, Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to maintain equipment inventories, lab documentation, and support records via the Jira tool, CCIE certification is preferred but not required. Work with the hardware, support, and internal teams to coordinate equipment hardware RMA (Return Material Authorization) activities, including troubleshooting, shipment, replacement, and return of defective equipment, Coordinate with the primes from Facilities and HVAC support organizations to ensure laboratory environmental conditions, electrical power, and HVAC operations meet the needs of installed equipment.
