Job Summary: The Perinatal and Pediatric Services Program Manager provides operational leadership and oversight of Santa Rosa Community Health's mobile and community-based health services with the goal of expanding access to perinatal, pediatric, developmental, behavioral health, and family support services for pregnant and postpartum individuals, children birth through age five, and families facing barriers to care. This role will oversee all operational and budgetary components of mobile clinic and community-based operations including, but not limited to staffing, access, coordination and coordination with community partners budgets, reporting, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness in collaboration with clinical, operational, quality, finance, technology, community engagement, and executive leaders.
