The Lead Technician is expected to work independently, prioritize assigned work, and exercise sound judgment in making operational decisions within the scope of training, procedures, and role authority, while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT), Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional partners. Working closely with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, and external service providers, the Lead Maintenance Technician will support equipment availability and GMP-compliant operations while documenting maintenance activities, deviations, and CAPAs.
