You’ll work closely with Service Center teammates, HR partners, COEs, and Process Owners to deliver a positive employee experience, maintain accurate and consistent processes, and contribute to improvements in HR resources and ways of working. Resolve routine and moderately complex inquiries using established procedures, resources, and previously gained knowledge, referring more complex issues to Tier 2 Specialists, COEs, or other appropriate partners.

We touch more than five times as many lives in non-acute settings as we do in the traditional hospital setting.</p>
