Coordinate the configuration, inventory, deployment, support, repair, replacement, recovery, and lifecycle management of Special Education devices, including required applications, accessibility settings, restrictions, security controls, and device-management profiles. The Enterprise Technician ensures technology equipment is properly ordered, received, documented, configured, deployed, maintained, reconciled, and retired throughout its lifecycle.
