Overview Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour with the opportunity for compensation increases within your first 90 days after you've completed training. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed. This role guarantees 40 hours per week, with mandatory overtime during our peak production seasons. Responsibilities <ul><li>To assemble quality products in a safe, cost-effective manner.</li><li>Understand and practice all applicable safety rules.</li><li>Successfully complete training on how to operate equipment to do the designated job (hand tools, hoist, and power/air tools) safely.</li><li>Produce quality products.</li><li>Legibly complete proper documentation for the movement of material and labor performed.</li><li>Utilize assembly notebooks as a reference for assembly processes with minimum training.</li><li>Learn and successfully follow assembly processes and procedures with minimum training.</li><li>Store parts in the proper location and monitor the accuracy of inventory.</li><li>Keep a clean and organized work zone.</li><li>Meet established standards of productivity.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Associate's degree in electronics and/or electronic experience a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Conway Manufacturing Products.</li><li>Strong communication/interpersonal skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours (i.e., overtime as required)</li><li>Excellent attendance record</li><li>Ability to lift 30 pounds</li><li>Self starter</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>Ability to work in multiple assembly areas as required</li></ul>
