The Director of Payroll leads a team of payroll professionals and partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure payroll processes operate efficiently, maintain strong internal controls, and support organizational growth. The Director, Payroll is responsible for the leadership, administration, and delivery of Teladoc Health's U.S. and Canadian payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for approximately 3,000 employees.
