Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, floating between a surgical/orthopedic/medical unit and a cardiac-focused stepdown unit as needed. Care for a diverse patient population including post-cath, post-pacemaker, post-PCI, TAVR (day 1+), CABG (day 1+), sepsis, and respiratory distress patients.
