This role provides leadership for the Duty Manager and SOC Coordinator teams and partners closely with SOC departmental leaders to align policies, procedures, manuals, checklists, training materials, and merger and acquisition readiness activities across all areas of the System Operations Control organization, including Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Maintenance Control, Maintenance Planning, AOG, Station Support, and other operational support functions. Design and maintain initial, recurrent, and career development training curriculum for Duty Manager and SOC Coordinator teams, including daily operations management, irregular operations, emergency response, security, safety, applicable manuals, crew scheduling rules, delay management, and leadership development.
