Support improvements to the program''s operating system: Partner closely with the NHO coordinator to improve run-of-show documents, checklists, playbooks, and automations that make the program repeatable, reduce single points of failure, and flex with variable cohort sizes. Oversee cross-functional execution: Partner closely with the NHO coordinator to coordinate across Recruiting, People Services, Workplace, IT, and AV, so that start dates, device readiness, rooms, catering, and communications come together each week.
