The Manufacturing Engineer will lead equipment implementation, process design, workflow optimization, and CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles, while partnering cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PD, and external vendors. Drives labor and workflow optimization, including line balancing, staffing efficiency, and material flow improvements to increase capacity.
