Assess and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, voice, and cognitive disorders (adult and pediatric populations) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals Provide clinical information to physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support modifications to treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation including medical necessity, treatment plans, goals, and patient response Perform bedside and instrumental swallowing evaluations (MBS/FEES) as appropriate Participate in quality improvement activities, continuing education, and department in-services Maintain required clinical competencies including DPNS, LSVT, e-stim, and PMSV use as applicable Perform additional duties as assigned.
