This is a higher-level leadership position for an experienced General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Operations Manager, or comparable heavy civil professional who can oversee field execution across multiple projects, crews, and disciplines. The successful candidate should be capable of helping run the field operation across earthwork/dirt, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt work while coordinating superintendents, foremen, manpower, equipment, schedules, safety, quality, and production.
