Electromechanical Assembler 3 The Kemtah Group, Inc.Electromechanical Assembler 3Irvine, CA$21.20–$27 / hourEssential duties include, but are not limited to: Mechanical troubleshooting skills; Proficient microelectronic assembly skills Proficient cable harness and PCB assembly; Proficient mechanical assembly of small parts and good understanding of torque requirements; Interprets blueprints, job travelers, rework instructions, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements and quality directives Proficient high voltage potting and high voltage testing skills Shall be certified to IDC Specialist and J-STD-001 Maintain productivity, quality and overall performance of assembly operations by completing weekly assignments as scheduled. Ability to listen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, title or other respectful identifier and respecting the diversity of our work force in actions words and deeds.
