Perform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts as assigned • Building of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies, wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies • Supports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities • Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirements • Work to ESD Requirements • Use hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture the product • Ability to perform all jobs within work area • Ability to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Work in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assemblies • Supports the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies • Diligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs, performance targets and quality levels are met • Form Components and hand or machine populate circuit cards • Assembler would operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers, crimpers, pneumatic tools etc.
