We are seeking an Intake Assessor to support older adults in Butler County by screening referrals, conducting telephone assessments, and connecting individuals with resources and services through the Elderly Services Program (ESP). In this role, you’ll serve as a first point of contact for seniors, caregivers, hospitals, and community partners—helping individuals navigate available services with empathy, professionalism, and care.
