Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios including balance-sheet bridge loans, CMBS loans and other credit investments • Provide support in the review of property budgets, business plans & quarterly reforecasts • Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents & other legal agreements • Help develop financial models including discounted cash flows, IRR analysis, NPV analysis, etc.
