Manage assigned branch toward a strong economic performance including achieving branch goals and budgets; community relations and new business development; staffing branch operations; supervising and developing member service representatives; ensuring effective and efficient member service, maintaining adherence to branch operating policies and procedures, and maintaining appropriate facilities and equipment. Economic Justice means that all communities have the basic infrastructure they need to thrive, from high-quality schools to grocery stores selling fresh food resources that support opportunity at a neighborhood level regardless of demographics, income, or wealth.
