Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent, land options, purchase agreements, easements, access agreements, tax abatement agreements, shared facilities agreements, construction contracts, long lead equipment procurement agreements, costs in aid of construction agreements, interconnection agreements and other ancillary development documents. Provide legal support on project finance and real estate loan transactions, including loan documents, infrastructure agreements, power-related agreements, and leases with data center end users.
