Prepare equipment for maintenance and safely return equipment to service using approved Lockout/Tagout, Safe Work Permit, Hot Work Permit, Confined Space Entry, Personal Protective Equipment, and environmental procedures. Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, environmental, and regulatory documentation, including operating records, plant logs, meter calibrations, permits, environmental reporting, flaring reports, and other required compliance documentation.
