Rate: $19 USD per hour Description Position Title: Assistant Store Manager, hourly, full-time EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: + High School degree or equivalent + Three years of demonstrated experience in a retail environment + Strong interpersonal skills + Demonstrated knowledge of cash controls and cashier procedures + Experience reading computer spreadsheets and working with email, internet skills, Excel, Word, and other computer programs + Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and margins + Have a basic working knowledge of office machines + Retail and supervisory experience, three years preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Provide leadership and direction to assigned associates.
