Qualifications Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as construction expeditoror relevant material position requiring the understanding of the materials being procured, experience in a business or supply delivery setting Experience in project management and ability to understand technical specifications of material and equipment used in the Transmission and Substation construction process Excellent written and verbal communication skills communication and developed negotiation skills Well-organized with focus on fine details in a multi-tasking environment, excellent problem-solving skills Education and/ or Work Experience: An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction engineering, logistics or a related field Accounting and budgeting experience, solid mathematical skills and basic computer skills Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, or material management position Substation and Transmission line experience preferred Able to effectively communicate commercial and logistical solutions and concepts to procurement personnel and non-procurement personnel Advanced Excel user and proficient in MS Office suite.
