Under the direction of the VP of Administration & HR:Provides best practice guidance on all areas of HR including but not limited to compliance; employee relations; employee handbooks, policies and procedures; disciplinary matters; compensation, benefits, and leave; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Acts with the highest level of honesty, trust, character and transparency while providing excellent customer service to clients, employees, and field partners.
