Responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and function of all IT assets, systems, and software including applications, network, storage, and devices such as printers, plotters, scanners, servers, copiers, phone systems, cell phones and the employee customer computers. Must have excellent working knowledge of computer hardware, software, network systems, storage, IT analytics and controls, disaster recovery, data and cyber security, phone systems and cell phones.
